Welcome to Growing Voices Speech and Language Therapy LLC. By accessing or using our website (gvspeechandlang.com) and our services, you agree to be bound by the Terms of Services (“Terms”).

1. Services Provided

   Growing Voices Speech and Language Therapy LLC provides speech and language therapy services, including but not limited to in person and virtual therapy sessions, evaluations, consultations, and educational resources.

2. Eligibility

   By using our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

3. No Medical or Professional Advice

   This information on our website is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical or professional advice. You should consult a licensed professional for diagnosis and treatment.

4. Appointments and Cancellations

   Sessions are by appointment only. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance, or a cancellation fee will apply. No shows will be subject to pay half the cost of the session.

5. Payment and Billing

   Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon. We currently accept Cash, credit/debit, HSA/FSA accepted. We are hopefully going to be taking insurance payments soon! We can create a Superbill for you to allow you to submit to your insurance companies for reimbursement!

6. Teletherapy Policies

   Growing Voices Speech and Language Therapy services via teletherapy (virtual sessions). By participating in teletherapy, you agree to the following:

   Technology Requirements: Clients are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection, a functioning device (computer, tablet, or smartphone), and a private, distraction-free environment for sessions.

   Platform Security: We use HIPPA-compliant teletherapy platforms to ensure the privacy and security of your sessions.

   Parental Involvement: For minors, a parent or guardian must be available during session to assist as needed.

   Confidentiality: Clients should ensure they are in a private location where conversations cannot be overheard. Growing Voices Speech and Language Therapy LLC is not responsible for breaches of confidentiality due to client surroundings.

   Session Disruptions: If technical issues arise that prevent the completion of a session, we will attempt to reschedule or provide an alternative solution, however can still be charged for the full session depending on the duration of the session.

   Location Restrictions: Teletherapy services may only be provided to clients residing in Florida. Clients must inform us if they move to a new location.

7. Privacy and Confidentiality

   Your privacy is important to us. Our privacy policies outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. We comply with HIPAA regulations where applicable.

8. Website Use

   You may not use our website for unlawful purposes. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to our Website at any time. Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution of our content is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

   To the fullest extent permitted by law, Growing Voices Speech and Language Therapy LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or Website.
